Executive Assistant to Chairman London, England
Job description
Job Responsibilities:
· Be the executive assistant to the Group Chairman’s attending to all corporate and personal matters
· Assist to arrange daily scheduling, meeting schedule, agenda, meeting minutes, travel arrangement, personal matters and etc.
· Travel with Chairman for business trips and arrange all related matters
· Expect 50% of working time would be in United Kingdom office and remaining working time in Hong Kong and mainland China
· Handle business correspondence, reports, confidential documents as required
· A good position for a person who aspires to be a senior executive in due course
Job Requirement:
· Reputable university graduate in any disciplines
· With 3 years or above relevant work experience
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
· Able to work independently in a fast pace environment
· Be honest, patient, detail-minded, well-organized, proactive and willing to learn
· Flexibility to work overtime and able to travel frequently
