Our client is a multi award winning global Media Group
The four agencies within the Group are experts in providing market-leading capabilities across full service digital solutions, creative content and partnerships, investment, and media intelligence.
They now have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide 1:1 support to the Group CEO in a fast-pace, Media agency environment. The core KPI for this role is to maximise the CEO’s time and ability to focus on everything in their leadership remit through astute prioritisation and steadfast ownership of the operational and administrative tasks. This role will be working with a broad range of stakeholders across the UK agencies and will be the connector between these groups.
The role is London based, operating a 3:2 hybrid working pattern, however mirroring the CEO’s weekly pattern would be helpful with some weeks requiring a 4:1 working pattern. This is initially a 15 month contract role , with view to go on.
Key Responsibilities
- managing and organising the CEO’s schedule to ensure key deliverables are happening
- predicting and preparing requirements for meetings and calls
- running the administration of the Board – taking minutes and ensuring actions are being followed up
- monitoring the CEO’s key business workstreams and ensuring actions are being followed
- making any travel arrangements as needed
- formatting information for any internal and external communication
- producing PowerPoint decks for internal meetings as needed
- key point of contact for all media owner and client EA network
- proficient in all office desktop applications and generally knowledgeable in digital applications
Person Specification:
The EA must be well organised and able to interact with senior members of staff, clients, and media owners in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, but always remaining calm, proactive and approachable.
- work independently and as part of the wider UK PA Team.
- must have excellent powerpoint experience
- confident communicator (both verbal and written)
- experience in managing multiple stakeholder groups
- positive, friendly but not afraid to challenge when needed
