Job description
An Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant, you will work closely with a high-level professional to accomplish their day-to-day tasks. While specific responsibilities and requirements vary depending on day-to-day basis, you are expected to handle a wide range of high-level administrative tasks including executive communication, handling of corporate documents, and arranging Large/Mid/Small-scale events. This role offers the chance to work and collaborate with highly skilled teams across the world and play a pivotal role in day-to-day activities of the CEO.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Extensive liaison throughout the process, both written, over the phone and in person.
- EAs will be working closely with high level executives and their support teams and must be comfortable building a rapport quickly, to ensure a good working relationship with employees throughout the company.
- Help prepare edit Pitches and presentations in PowerPoint.
- Complex diary and scheduling.
- Meeting and travel arrangements.
- Production/Formatting of documentation and proof reading.
- Email Management.
- Be the first point of contact for all official related work for the CEO.
- Provides administrative and operational support.
- Manages and maintain key executives’ schedules, including travel, conferences, appointments, expense reporting etc.
- Supports with filing of documents for audit and record keeping.
- Manages day to day running of the London Office and provides interface with the team to ensure efficiency.
- Provides support for key events such as Company Socials, Leadership and training events, board meetings etc.

Salary: £25,585.92-£40,860.40 per year
