After a very successful year and rapid team growth we are now recruiting an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role requires someone with a high level of initiative, ability to keep absolute confidentiality, excellent organisation and problem solving skills.

Based in central Bristol, our team works in an ever-evolving sustainability and ESG landscape.

We do offer flexible working schedules but our core working hours are 9:00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday.
We are also open to applications looking for part-time opportunities or flexible schedules to suit child care or other responsibilities.
Areas of role responsibility:
- Efficiently schedule and manage the CEO’s daily calendar
- Manage information flow and prioritisation of approvals and tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Adhoc support for heads of department
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory and general upkeep
- Support with invoicing and other day to day financial admin
- Phone handling and redirection
- Booking travel, meeting venues, restaurants, hotels
- Note taking – board meetings, head of department meetings and management meetings
- Proofreading and formatting reports, proposals and other content both internal and external
- Organisation and filing of all documentation for board members and management
Skills and experience:
- Experience working in a small business environment
- At least 3 years’ experience of working as an Executive Assistant at a Director/ CEO level
- Good with people – able to support others and contribute to a positive team culture
- Highly organised, lots of initiative, excellent attention to detail
- Good, clear writing; excellent spelling and grammar
- Experience of managing a budget and/or preparing invoices
- Experience of proofreading and editing
- Familiarity with Zoom, Teams, Xero, Monday.com and knowledge of other tools and systems to support productivity.
Package:
- Salary starting at £26,000+
- Open to flexible working hours and/ or part time
- Flexible hybrid working between home and central Bristol office – 2 days minimum required in the office
