Title: Executive Assistant.
Reports to: CEO
About us: MetadataWorks makes using data faster, simpler, and safer for innovators across the world. Our data discovery solutions are used by healthcare, climate, governmental and research organisations to unlock the value of underutilised data assets.
Purpose: This role is to provide support to the Co-Founder and CEO. This will involve getting up to speed with every part of the business including Sales and Marketing, Operations, Delivery and Project Management. This is a role where no two days are the same. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, can learn fast on the job, develop relationships, and support the CEO in the day-to-day running of the business.
This is a hybrid role with a mix of home and office working. We would consider a part-time (25hrs a week) role for an outstanding candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Screening emails & other messages, respond and prioritise.
- Project management and support.
- Invoicing, tracking tasks against deliverables and preparation of statements of work.
- Support on sales calls, email follow ups and bid writing.
- Maintaining and prioritise workflow / to-do lists.
- Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading communications & presentations.
- Creating reports & analysis.
- General research and administration.
- Organising and arranging company meetings and personal meetings / schedules with the co-founder.
Skills or Competencies:
- Good time management and organisational skills.

- Strong administrative skills, including knowledge of Excel.

Experience / Background:
· A strong academic background from a top-tier university OR proven success within an applicable industry is a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
