Executive Assistant to CEO Hereford, England
Job description
An exciting new role has become available supporting an extremely successful CEO & Entrepreneur, who has an excellent reputation within their field of expertise. The successful candidate will be mainly assisting on private and professional day to day estate management, business operations, travel and diary management.
Our CEO is looking for an EA who is client facing and keen to develop key relationships with their internal and external relationships and to drive these forwards. This individual will have the opportunity to work autonomously as well as with other colleagues on various projects.
Typical duties will include:
· Manage the CEO’s diary, developing a schedule that maximises effectiveness and impact. This will include intricate diary management, full meeting preparations and briefings and exceptional forward planning
· Act as first point of contact and an ambassador for the CEO with a wide range of internal and external contacts, including at the most senior level, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
· Social Media Management – being a custodian for social media for business interests and personal interests
· Estate Management – Managing the private estate and property portfolio
· Develop and maintain systems to ensure the effective flow of information, assessing what information needs to be passed on, to whom, and according to what timescales
· Participate on working groups and/or leading small projects to support the development of policy, process or systems
· Ensure that the CEO is fully briefed for all meetings, decisions, travel and external engagements, drafting materials and arranging briefing sessions with relevant colleagues
· Plan and book complex travel itineraries and coordinate all the associated logistics
· Produce presentations for internal and external audiences
· Attending company events when required
Requirements
· Excellent academic background
· Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
· Proven ability to manage conflicting demands whilst maintaining deadlines and professionalism
· Project or Product Management experience
· Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and network
· Positive and energetic mind set in the work place
· Being able to keep a cool head in a fast-paced environment
· Exceptionally high attention to detail
· Interest in entrepreneurialism & management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
