We’re now looking for an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and wider team of Directors. You will also be the first point of contact for all office and facilities management duties (for our Reigate Head Office). The role is predominantly office based, with the opportunity for working from home on occasion, once established in role and where it is aligned with CEO diary.
What you will be doing:
- Inbox and diary management for CEO, ensuring a strong understanding of priorities to manage conflicting request with limited referral
- Collation of business presentations, including monthly board packs in a timely and presentable format
- Coordination and management of expenses for senior team and submission of monthly information to finance
- Arranging all travel arrangements and coordinating business trips for CEO and senior team
- Attending board and other meetings to take minutes and support the CEO in managing follow up actions
- Managing the overall presentation of the office, acting as the first point of contact for visitors
- Ordering office suppliers, including stationery and office equipment
- Being the main point of contact for external suppliers, i.e. landlord regarding key fobs
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in an EA / PA role, supporting senior team members
- Outstanding planning and organisational skills, with the ability to seamlessly manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator who can articulate themselves in verbal and written format and used to dealing with senior stakeholders internally and externally Re
- Good judgement, with the ability to make decisions under pressure and working on own initiative
- Strong Microsoft office skills, with demonstrable experience in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Excellent team player, happy to roll their sleeves up and manage a variety of tasks
- Good commercial understanding, with experience attending board meetings, preparing board packs and reviewing contractual documentation
- Positive attitude with a flexible and resilient approach to change
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
