Job description
Seeking an experienced & confident EA to provide support to 2 x VPs along with managing the EA team
- Extensive diary management, including complex travel arrangements
- Monitoring and organisation of client and internal meetings and conference calls (including liaising with clients directly & organising room bookings)
- Monitoring and entering of expenses, timesheets, invoices & distribution lists using the Concur, DTX and GPS online system
- Handling of all general enquiries & general administration duties (+ some ad-hoc projects if required)
- Overall manager of EA team (offshore & onshore) including budget control for admin team for the UK & Globally which also involves working closely with off shore team leads to ensure EA allocation to new joining VPs
- Assisting other EA’s if and when necessary, including holiday cover (also managing the teams holiday cover & any other queries the team has)

- Flexible in behaviour & also around working hours if/when needed, pro-active & common-sense approach
- Good communication skills & a team player
- Professional appearance and behaviour & able to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to remain calm under stress and deliver tight deadlines
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Event organisation experience
