About the position
Our firm, a successful, fun and ambitious executive search firm, is looking to hire an equally ambitious and motivated new team member.
The role will require someone with great communication skills, a warm personality combined with a high level of drive and tenacity. As an integral member of the
Bronzegate team, you will support the Partners’ as well as the wider team.
- Acting as the point of contact between the Partners’ and their clients.
- Complete management of the Partners diaries, scheduling and organising meetings as appropriate.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all meeting requests, this will require developing and maintaining good working relationships with EA’s within our client network.
- Management of all executive requests within the office, such as being the first point of contact for all incoming calls.
- Preparing documentation and supporting the team with administrative tasks ahead of client meetings.
- Diligent and accurate management of client information ensuring all correspondence are documented within the CRM system.
- Responsible for Team scheduling such as team meetings, organising and processing expenses.
- Organising and scheduling interviews on behalf of the team.
- Providing further ad hoc office and administrative support as and when required by the company.
What we are looking for:
The right candidate will have exceptional organisation skills and work methodically in their approach.
- Ideally will have industry experience within executive search, finance or recruitment.
- At least 5 years’ experience within a similar EA or Team Assistant role.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, in particular Outlook, Word, Powerpoint.
- Experience using CRM databases.
- Happy to work independently and also as part of a team.
- Be driven and excel working well under pressure.
We are looking for a long-term permanent appointment. You will have a positive can- do attitude, be energetic, resilient and articulate.
