What You’ll Do:
Premier League Productions (PLP) is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in our fast-paced and active organisation. Your primary role is to work as the gatekeeper and representative of the Managing Director’s office, offering a pro-active attitude and contributing to the success of our company.
The ideal candidate will have brilliant foresight, excellent organisational skills, and be a great communicator.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
  • The Executive Assistant should be pro-active and pre-emptive in managing the Managing Director’s complex and demanding diary, having full autonomy in ensuring that all meetings, appointments, and events are scheduled effectively and efficiently, helping to prioritise his day. The right candidate needs confidence to move his diary around in an effective manner.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all queries are addressed and resolved promptly and effectively
  • Provide administrative support including drafting correspondence, such as agendas and minutes for meetings, booking travel arrangements, processing expenses and invoices, organising hospitality and supporting projects and events delivered by PLP.
  • Building strong external and company-wide relationships
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks for the Managing Director, as and when required
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant position, ideally in a similar role within the media or sports industry
  • Experience of managing complex and challenging diaries and travel arrangements
  • Proactive and willing to take initiative – must be able to think ahead, and plan in advance of deadlines/requirements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills - there will be regular internal contact with the Premier League, its member clubs and senior representatives of our broadcast partners.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information and exercise discretion
  • Proven organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • An eye for details and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
