Job description

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive diary management for the MDs including client meetings, dinners, as well as regular internal calls. This involves room booking, conference calls, VCs etc.
  • Booking international business travel, including flights, transfers and accommodation as well as travel documentation as necessary.
  • Maintenance of other supporting documentation such as ESTAs, frequent flyer and hotel loyalty schemes.
  • Inbox management as required
  • Fostering key relationships with staff throughout the firm
  • Expense processing through Concur
  • Maintaining Jefferies in-house CRM system
  • Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Person Specification

  • Highly motivated and proactive individual capable of working on their own initiative
  • Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be a quick learner with the ability to learn about the business and relevant policies and procedures
  • Basic numeracy stills essential.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the complete Microsoft office suite including PowerPoint and Excel:
  • Able to develop and maintain good working relationships
  • Have a flexible approach to work.
  • Previous experience of supporting MDs as well as a wider team essential
  • Strong attention to detail; accuracy with all work is essential
  • Excellent spoken English is essential
