Job description
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Extensive diary management for the MDs including client meetings, dinners, as well as regular internal calls. This involves room booking, conference calls, VCs etc.
- Booking international business travel, including flights, transfers and accommodation as well as travel documentation as necessary.
- Maintenance of other supporting documentation such as ESTAs, frequent flyer and hotel loyalty schemes.
- Inbox management as required
- Fostering key relationships with staff throughout the firm
- Expense processing through Concur
- Maintaining Jefferies in-house CRM system
- Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Person Specification
- Highly motivated and proactive individual capable of working on their own initiative
- Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be a quick learner with the ability to learn about the business and relevant policies and procedures
- Basic numeracy stills essential.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the complete Microsoft office suite including PowerPoint and Excel:
- Able to develop and maintain good working relationships
- Have a flexible approach to work.
- Previous experience of supporting MDs as well as a wider team essential
- Strong attention to detail; accuracy with all work is essential
- Excellent spoken English is essential
