Executive Assistant / Operations support
Hybrid/remote (3 days in the office) - Central Birmingham location
Supporting the Partner and wider recruitment team with various administrative and operational tasks, client outreach, meeting scheduling, and event planning. A general point of contact for the Partner and team for the wider business.
There will also be some scope to manage projects and social media posts for the team.
The ideal Executive Assistant will have worked as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a Recruitment business or supporting a Recruitment owner/Partner.
You will be adept at managing conflicting priorities and anticipating the needs of the Partner and team. You will have worked with executives within a sales or professional services environment and understand the importance of client engagement as part of your Executive Assistant role.
Ideal candidates will have an understanding of Interim recruitment/IR35. Additonally having worked with recruitment ATS/CRM systems would be an advantage.

Diary management - for multiple stakeholders
Maintaining business development contacts
Data management - CRM data input, cleanup and improvements
Process improvement
Process creation
Event planning
Meeting planning
Project support
Recruitment resourcing when needed
Social media support
You will enjoy administration and speaking to and engaging with clients and prospective clients. Exceptionally organised and adept at organising others. Able to manage large numbers of competing priorities and able to communicate challenges clearly and timely.
Used to supporting senior level directors and C-Suite. Ideally having experience within a Recruitment or sales environment.
This is a growing company, as such this role will suit someone looking for a role they can grow and develop with, with potential in the future for an Operations Manager position. This role will not suit someone who does not want to develop further in their career.
Office is located in central Birmingham. You should plan for the first few weeks to be 100% office based, moving to 2-3 days office based once training is complete.

Salary: £38,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
