Job description
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Provides 1-1 dedicated administrative and organisational support to ExCo senior leaders - Maintains confidentiality and sensitivity of information - Provides end-to-end Inbox and diary management - Manages incoming communication, correspondence on behalf of the Executives and senior team members - Builds and maintains strong working relationships both internally and with clients and other key contacts - Coordinates Townhalls, Roadshows and offsite events - Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement to support the broader Executive Support community - Arranges complex, multi-sector travel itineraries and accommodation, and manages complex expense processes - Plays an active part in the Executive Support community, coaches junior members, acts as a role model to others.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree Educated preferred - Significant experience of supporting a Senior Executive - Experience of a financial services company or other fast-moving environment.
