What you'll be doing
As an Executive Assistant / PA, you’ll be providing effective executive support to some of our most senior leaders, as well as to the Board. Day-to-day responsibilities will include diary management, correspondence, and organising meetings, travel and accommodation.
It will be a fast-paced environment, with lots of deadlines, but you’ll work as part of the wider governance team, where we all pitch in and help each other out as we need to.
More about you
You’ll be friendly and approachable, with a ‘can do’ attitude. You’ll also be super-efficient and organised, and able to juggle lots of tasks. You’ll have great attention to detail and be an excellent communicator too. Ideally, you’ll have experience of writing high-quality minutes too.

When and where you'll be doing it
You’ll be primarily based at our head office, The Maltings, but we are happy to talk about flexible working. The most important thing is that your work gets done and the Executives you support have your help when they need it.
