Aon are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to join our EMEA team based in London. This role is hybrid and will offer a mix of office and home-based working.

What the day will look like
As part of the EMEA Complex Placement and ART Team you will provide complete professional and confidential support, while also demonstrating flexibility to handle changing priorities across time zones.
You will be supporting a team of 5 senior brokers - who travel extensively supporting the EMEA & Global regions.

What the day will look like
- Co-ordinating meetings locally and globally across different time zones;
- Organising complex yet cost effective global travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and cars;
- Email management, responding appropriately to emails on their behalf;
- Supporting document creation and management across a broad range of formats, including the preparation and production of presentations and correspondence;
- Co-ordinating and organising global internal and external meetings/events;
- Liaising and building good business relationships Globally both internally & externally; colleagues, clients, vendors and other partners across the globe;
- Submitting expense reports for the team in a timely manner;
- Greeting visitors and coordinating hospitality;
- Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management. Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of required training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Proven track record in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role;- Strong level digital literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and other programs, as applicable;
- Excellent organisation, customer service skills and outstanding attention to detail;
- Strong writing skills (grammar, punctuation, spelling and proof reading) and verbal and written communication skills;
- Pragmatism with an abundance of common sense;
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload using time management and excellent organisation skills;
- Willingness to work outside of 9-5, as required;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a high focus on collaboration;
- Ability to work under pressure and within a constantly evolving schedule;
- Proactive, including suggesting approaches for resolving issues;
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
