About the Role and Person
- Full-time - 35 hours per week
- Permanent
This is a newly created role in the business supporting the Chief Operating Officer in the day to day management of their busy workload and in their role representing and promoting Accent to the wider community.
You will have a varied workload, supporting the COO, from diary management, arranging and minuting team meetings, preparing presentations to supporting project delivery and the development of strategy.
Whilst we have key responsibilities and these can be found in the job description, there are certain things we will need from you:

- Great organisational skills
- Personable and approachable with good communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills – Word and PowerPoint
- A self-starter who actively looks for new ways to do things
- Excellent written skills

Location
The successful candidate will be required to live within a commutable distance from our office in Peterborough We are a keen promoter of agile working and actively encourage a mix of working from home and working from our busy office, always having in mind the need to meet the needs of the customers, internal and external.
We will provide the equipment and software that you will need for the purpose of your role, however it will be your responsibility to have an appropriate space at home if you wish to work from home, as well as a suitable broadband connection/provider.
Salary
The spot salary for this post is £35,000 per annum.
