Your team

You’ll be part of the Operations team at Zoa, working to help make the company run effectively. You’ll join executive leadership team and board meetings where necessary and work closely with our Team Assistant.

You Will

We’re currently looking for an executive assistant to partner with our CEO and work with our executive leadership team on important projects. The ideal candidate will be an experienced executive assistant with impeccable organisational skills and a track record of being successful in a fast-growing technology company.

As our executive assistant you’ll communicate directly with senior stakeholders on our CEO’s behalf, work with our board and executive leadership team, and support projects like fundraising and sales activities. This means you’ll need to be a proactive problem solver with a flexible mindset and top-notch communication skills. You should also be confident working with the systems and operations that make a modern technology company tick.


About You

Skills & experience

  • Track record supporting one or more C-level executives within a technology company
  • Experience of managing multiple simultaneous projects with a complex network of stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and a flexible way of working to support a growing business
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • A high level of discretion to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
