As a Sales associate you will Identifying customers by market research and target potential customers who are likely to be interested in our product.

  • Once potential customers are identified, Sales associate may develop and implement sales strategies to engage with them, build relationships, and persuade them to make a purchase.
  • The sales associate shall build strong relationships with existing customers in order to retain them and encourage repeat business.
  • Sales associate may also be responsible for conducting sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of a product or service.
  • After a sale has been made, sales associate may provide ongoing customer support, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Sales associate typically maintain records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales figures, and other relevant data.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
  • Promote our products to potential customers
  • Work towards achieving sales targets
  • Follow up on potential leads via phone and email
  • Provide customers with information about our products and services
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Attend team meetings and provide updates on sales progress
  • Meet individual and team sales targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or telemarketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Experience with CRM software preferred. We use Pipedrive.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Salary and Benefits:

  • Commission structure of up to 5% on unit profits

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

Salary: £10.45-£12.00 per hour
