WINNER are currently recruiting for an ambitious Executive Assistant to support one of the directors, for our client based in Shoreditch.
The duties of the Executive Assistant:
- Effectively provide professional administrative support to the Director
- Responsible for managing diaries, organising internal/external meetings, events, booking travel, and more.
- Act as the focal point for the director and manage stakeholders and priorities on their behalf.
- Administer and minute key meetings noting actions, timelines, and owners from all executive meetings and chasing as required
- Collate and produce high-standard documents for a variety of forums including team and management meetings, other meetings, reports, and publications.
- Manage correspondence with clients, and internal and external teams.
- Run reports as required and assist with the administration and coordination of departmental reports.
- Contribute to projects and activities as appropriate for the team e.g., project coordination, research, presentation, communication support, and day-to-day operational activities.
- Be a reference point on purchasing, administrative, training, and financial matters for the director
- Proactively identify where additional support can be given to the management/stakeholders in the team.
- Where necessary provide personal brand/marketing support to the director
The ideal Executive Assistant:
- Experience supporting senior individuals with an interest or experience in marketing
- Proficient at research and coordinating projects
- A great relationship builder, both internally within the business but also with external stakeholders/relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience writing and editing high-quality content
- Highly motivated and driven individual with a proactive and intuitive nature keen to take on challenges
- Excited and motivated about rapid growth and embracing challenges
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and a high level of time management
- Proficient in using and developing plans for social media and related tools, such as Hootsuite and Canva
- Confidentiality – highly confidential and trusted with the highest level of confidential information

The hours of work for the Executive Assistant:
- Predominantly office working, however some hybrid.
- On the road, visiting clients, attending meetings.
- Travel! Flying around the country.
The salary ranges from £27,000 - £36,000 per annum. This is a permanent position, working directly with the company.
