We’re recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Central Services team on an initial 6 months fixed term contract. Reporting into our Company Secretary, the postholder will work to ensure that the organisation remains compliant with corporate governance requirements, as directed, as well as undertaking a range of Executive Assistant duties. This will include:
- the preparation of agendas and papers
- minute taking at Executive and SLT meetings
- administrative requirements relating to our Trustees
- maintaining and managing the organisation’s central records (storage of all contracts, deeds, leases and legally binding documents) and central repository of all policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
To apply for this role, you should have demonstrable experience in a similar role, including working at Executive and Board level, along with a good understanding of corporate governance requirements. We are looking for an individual with exceptional organisational skills - you will be someone who enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders, whilst ensuring you maintain tact, diplomacy and resilience. You will be confident when dealing with a variety of tasks, including those requiring discretion. It is important that you have the ability to understand and produce reports, as well as exemplary communication skills. This is the ideal role for someone who loves to organise, wants a challenge and likes to stay busy! You’ll be working with a supportive, service-focused team, who will welcome your expertise and enthusiasm for getting things done.
The advertised salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.
This is a remote working position, with some travel to our London office.
