Executive Assistant to MD
Swansea
Full-Time, Permanent
£30,000-£35,000

My client based in Swansea, who has been providing exceptional service in their field for over 35 years are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who is excellent at managing time and problem solving.
The primary purpose of this role is to support the MD and Chairman through maximizing their efficiency in an organized manner.
Within this role, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Inbox & Diary management for MD & Chairman
- Compiling quotes on behalf of the MD & Chairman as required
- Managing meetings, preparing agendas, distributing minutes and following up action points
- Organising travel/accommodation when necessary
- Managing and cleansing databases and contacts
- Organisation of central service folders
- Oversee compliance of legal requirements such as Health and Safety
- Manage motor fleet (i.e MOT's, Tax, new leases etc.)
- Assist in any department when required such as answering phones, social media, transport scheduling
We are really looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a PA/EA role
- Has the ability to confidently communicate with a diverse mix of customers and staff
- Has competent IT skills (SAGE50, MS office, CRM systems)
- Is highly efficient and organized - you must enjoy a fast-paced work environment
- Is flexible - the role will require you to be flexible with ever changing work demands
- Is dependable and confident
