- Provide effective diary management, ensuring optimal use of time and effective scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events. This includes the resolution of scheduling conflicts, prioritising meetings, and providing reminders and necessary materials to attendees.
- Gather, compile, and organise key information from various sources, including internal reports, external research, and team updates.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and manage expenses in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with and provide support to all direct reports of the Global Head, fostering effective teamwork and cooperation.
- Provide a high level of administrative support while representing global and regional offices. Engage with other Viatris offices both within and outside the PSRM functions, cultivating a robust network, facilitating seamless communication, and fostering collaboration.
- Take charge of managing and supporting specific PSRM processes, contributing to their efficient and effective execution.
- Respond promptly and deliver exceptional support to senior colleagues outside the PSRM remit upon their request.
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
- Pharmaceutical background preferred
- Strong communication, organisational and planning skills and the ability to multi-task and determine priorities
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Collaborative work style, flexibility, and ability to work with Snr. Members of the organisation and colleagues globally.
- Reliable and committed personality with high integrity to deal with confidential information
- Experience within complex structures and matrix organizations would be beneficial
