We are seeking an enthusiastic Executive Assistant to work at the centre of UAO, providing pro-active and professional support to the Director, who operates to a busy and demanding schedule.

About the Role
The role will include responsibility for a wide range of matters, sometimes highly confidential and/or urgent, and will include the management of an electronic diary and email communications across several inboxes; making arrangements for meetings, visits, and travel; preparation of agendas, minutes, presentations and management information; and responsibility for coordination and tracking of workflow. The successful candidate will also support with planning events such as Department away days and whole team meetings.
The role is based within the UAO admin team and will also involve supporting with HR and financial administration, and general office management.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience of managing the diary and workflow of a senior member of staff and experience of handling information of a sensitive and sometimes confidential nature. You will have impeccable time management and organisational skills, be an excellent communicator, work efficiently under pressure, have high level IT skills and have a flexible and resilient approach to work. The ability to deal effectively with a wide range of people is also essential.
