The role

The School of Physiology, Pharmacology & Neuroscience is looking to recruit a full-time Executive Assistant, to join the School’s dynamic Executive Administration Team who work closely to ensure key school activities are managed and delivered professionally, on time, and to budget.

What will you be doing?

The role holder will provide administrative support to the School Manager and Senior Executive Assistant including, school communications, managing the website, servicing School Committees and provide high quality personal assistant support to the Head of School and Deputy Head of School.

They will have excellent customer service and communication skills and must be able to form effective relationships with staff and stakeholders at all levels and be able to demonstrate a clear commitment to diversity and inclusion.
