- Salary:Up to £35k (pro-rata)
- Level:Mid
- Location:Remote (within travelling distance of our Bristol/Cornwall offices)
- Contract:Permanent Part-Time, 20 hours p/w over 5 days
We are looking for an extremely organised person to work alongside our business team. You will be responsible for helping our three directors stay one step ahead in a busy agency environment.
To succeed in this role you will need to have an excellent eye for detail, be able to use your initiative and have a love of completing a varied workload.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Diary management - scheduling, managing conflicts, and ensuring appropriate travel time
- Email management - flagging, responding, summarising, and actioning
- Following up - emailing prospects, following up with leads, chasing responses
- Organisation- keeping track of everything that’s going on , ensuring commitments are kept, recording information in appropriate systems, and maintaining digital filing systems
- Travel arrangements
- Updating spreadsheets
- Creating and proofreading presentations and documents
- Being one step ahead of the directors to help them be prepared for meetings, stay on track with their plans, and work effectively
Skills and experience
Ideally, you will have been working in an executive assistant role for the past few years. You will also have:
- Professional, articulate communication
- Excellent written communication
- Outstanding organisational and planning skills
- Experience helping busy executives be more effective by ensuring they are prepared, well briefed, and all follow-up actions are done
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
Please be aware that whilst this is a remote role, you will be required to visit either the Bristol or Cornwall office on occasion.
