As an Executive Assistant for Tesco, you will provide high quality and efficient support to assist your Executive Leader to achieve their business goals/strategic priorities.

You will be responsible for- Managing Executive's diary and prioritising their workload
- Liaising with suppliers and/or stakeholders and senior leaders across business
- Acting as the first point of contact for direct reports
- Reviewing emails, actioning emails (wherever possible) to support quick and timely decision making
- Arrange and facilitate senior management meetings by confirming agenda, attendance, collating of actions and next steps, producing executive summaries and facilitating the meetings as required
- Organising logistics and visit itinerary associated with national and international travel, always seeking the most cost effective and simple arrangements
- Liaise with the events team to organise meetings/conferences/Teams Meetings/functional events and supporting with equipment, production of required materials (printing etc.), venue liaison so all events run smoothly
- Identifying and working with external agencies, focusing on great value for money
- Managing expenses collation and processing of items efficiently and timely
- Ensuring effective running of department: holiday/sickness tracking
- Tracking team budget (travel, stationery, team events), highlighting anomalies with Finance
- Previous experience in a similar role supporting similar level of seniority
- Effective tracking of cost centres/budgets
- Knowledge of resource booking systems (Eg, travel, rooms, venues, etc)
- Familiarity with basic financial documents
