Executive Assistant
- £32,632 - £38,288 FTE (depending on experience)
- 25 - 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- Part-time, permanent

Here are some of the role's key responsibilities:
- Governance Oversight: Develop, implement, and maintain effective governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Compliance Management: Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including charity law, data protection, and financial reporting, with the support of the relevant members of the Executive Team.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with the charity's operations and governance, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Board and Committee Support: Provide support to the Board of Trustees and its committees, including preparing agendas, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records of discussions and decisions
- Policies and Procedures: Maintain a register of organisational policies and procedures and ensure these are regularly reviewed, updated, approved and ratified accordingly
- Executive Support: Prepare and coordinate meetings, including agenda creation, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Office Management: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Project Support: Conduct research, compile data, and create reports as requested.
- Event Coordination: Organise stakeholder events, as required, in accordance with our obligations, such as Annual General Meetings
Our ideal Executive Assistant will have:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably within a charitable or non-profit organisation
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other relevant software applications
- Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking abilities
- High degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentialit
