Job Role: Executive Assistant to the Headteacher
Pay Scale: HAY 9 (Points 27 -34 ), 36 hours pw , Full Time (£37,653 - £43,701 FTE), Permanent
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our
welcoming, successful and growing school, starting as soon as possible.
Our School and Trust:
- Opening in 2016 to Year 7 and having now welcomed our first Year 13s in September 2022,
comprehensive.
- Access for all, to high quality Teaching and Learning is a priority, with our second Year 11
- The new school leadership from September 2021 builds on strong foundations to ensure
opportunity and are valued.

We are looking for a colleague who:
- Is skilled in administration, communications, organisation and personal assistance
- Is passionate about how administration and communications can be used to support school
staff in providing an excellent whole school provision for students.
- Consistently models excellent practice and has staff and students' progress and wellbeing at
- Wants an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, diverse and growing organisation.
- Can make a significant contribution to a dynamic, successful staff team in order to make a
difference to the lives of our young people.
