Brief
The official title for this role is Associate Lead. We are looking for an Associate Lead / EA to join our small but busy company to support our current enablement team with the day-to-day operations and logistics of the business. Your main role will be working alongside our current Associate Lead to fully manage (essentially be an EA) for our 16 associates, this includes: being the point of contact for both clients and associates, liaising with both clients and associates to book dates, complex scheduling and diary management, booking travel and accommodation and liaising with our CEO to ensure everything is aligned. The role will also entail providing support with project and programme management and general business operations.
You will be handling multiple clients, programmes and tasks at once and will be dealing with complex logistics. We are therefore looking for someone that is very logistically minded, highly organised and competent to take a brief and act upon it in a concise, very detailed and timely manner. We need someone who is happy to hit the ground running and take real ownership for their work, whilst being willing to get stuck in with multiple areas of the business.
Main responsibilities
· Management of associates: being main point of contact for associate relations, diary & schedule management, booking travel provisions, agreeing rates, ensuring they have correct delivery materials, ensuring they are correctly upskilled ahead of programmes
· Liaising with clients: general client comms, agreeing dates, booking sessions
· Liaising with the CEO and other team members to ensure everything is aligned and running smoothly
· Global Project / Programme Support & Logisitics
· Liaising with and upporting our enablement team
· Client Activity Workflow Support (CAS)
· Day-to-day General Administrative Tasks
Essential Requirements
- Scheduling / diary management experience (Ideally in an EA / PA role)
- Experience co-ordinating projects / programmes or events
- Must Drive and live within 30/40 minutes of Reigate
- Competent using Microsoft Suite, especially Outlook
- Highly logistical
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Great client communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to manage own schedule and work independently from home
- Motivated and pro-active, a real team player
- Engaging, enthusiastic and positive attitude

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
