Executive Assistant
37 Hours Per Week
Circa £42,000 per annum
We are looking for someone with great interpersonal skills and an adaptable and organised approach to join us as an Executive Assistant. This role will support the Executive Director and the wider leadership team of our Investment and Growth department, and will provide comprehensive executive support, including a full confidential administrative service, along with diary and email management.
The successful candidate will need to build an understanding and knowledge of the organisation and Executive Director's key areas of responsibility, as well as working closely with the other Executive Assistants to ensure support is provided across the Executive Team, Committees and the Board, including minute taking.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Have experience providing EA support at a senior level
- Feel confident to challenge, and prioritise workload independently
- Have experience of handling sensitive or confidential information discreetly
- Be able to build strong internal relationships, effectively communicating with colleagues whilst upholding our values
- Have strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a heavy workload
- Be confident in using IT systems and proficient in the use of MS Office programmes
