Overall job purpose
To provide administration and operational support to the wider team, assisting them with a variety of tasks within a timely manner.
The successful candidate will have excellent spoken and written communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
The post holder may be required to be based in the office 1-3 days a week, depending on current projects/team priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Partners such as diary management, inbox management, booking of meeting rooms, travel, and expenses.
- Support the wider team by assisting with client case studies.

Onboarding new clients and temporary workers - creating and handling worker agreements for temporary staff.
Assist with raising PO’s and submitting & processing expenses. - Assisting with organising staff away days and other team events.
- Conflict checks using In Trust, CEAP and PASO and providing the team with MS Dynamics updates.
- Contributing to wider team tasks such as taking minutes/outputs at Quarterly Consulting Board meetings.
- Collating data and creating a review pack for month end billing for various clients.
- Regular reporting on billing, maintenance of timesheet submissions and general ad-hoc duties when required.

Provision of administrative support to The Next Chapter programme including:
- Maintenance of past and future delegates database
- Support in the administration of courses (2-3 per annum) including invites, monitoring of acceptances, collation of post course feedback etc.
- Arranging external venues and/or internal meeting rooms for events including all catering and logistics
- Arranging catch up meetings/calls with the TNC leaders and past TNC delegates (usually at least 30 people to be diarised twice annually)
Minimum Qualifications
Essential requirements
- Familiarity and experience in supporting Partners and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A good understanding of computer software and programmes such as Microsoft Applications (including MS Office & Dynamics), Outlook and Adobe.
- Excellent organisation and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve timescales and business targets.
