Roydon Recycling UK Ltd are one of the UK‘s leading Total Waste Management service providers. The business is currently entering a strong and rapid growth period, so we are now looking for an exciting new candidate to join us to successfully support the CEO, CFO (and as required) the Senior Leadership Team.
The role:
· Provide high-level administrative support to executives
· Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
· Coordinate and organise meetings, conferences, and events
· Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
· Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes
· Answer and manage incoming calls and emails
· Handle confidential information with discretion
· Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
· Assist with proofreading and editing documents
· Manage office supplies inventory, and place orders as needed
Skills required:
· Proven experience as an executive assistant, or in a similar role
· Excellent customer service skills
· Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
· Knowledge of clerical procedures and protocols
· Ability to proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
· Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain confidentiality.

Contracted hours are negotiable for the right candidate. The starting salary is illustrative of a 40 hour week, for part time hours this will be calculated pro-rata.
