  • Project Management (experience with one of the following: Asana, ClickUp, Monday)
  • Process Development (experience with software such as ProcessStreet)
  • HR or liaising with external HR consultants
  • Google Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides
  • Compliance (working with GDPR solicitor, contracts)
  • Events (ability to attend national and international team events up to 4 times per year)
  • Workshops (ability to organise, manage, support and attend for 3-4 day in person workshops)
  • Flexibility and adaptability to get stuck in and support CEO/COO and management team as needed
  • Team support and training experience
  • High self management and organisation skills
  • People orientated, empathic and ability to support teams
  • Ability to motivate and lead teams

We’re looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant with strong leadership skills, the ability to think strategically and pay close attention to detail, make decisions and manage people effectively. This is a demanding role that has recently become vacant and requires flexibility to travel and cover in person events, be able to take a lead in a fast paced environment, manage complex projects and ensure they are delivered on time. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the business, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the business and will work closely with our CEO and COO.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with management teams helping to develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and incorporate new technologies and processes into the business
  • Manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, training, in liaison with our HR consultants
  • Promote company culture, best performance and high morale.
  • Ensure good communication flow between departments is maintained
  • Assist the CEO & COO in ensuring the day to day operations of the business is carried out appropriately, efficiently and in a cost efficient way
  • Ensure compliance is maintained across the business
  • Project tracking - ensuring departmental KPIs are being actioned and tracked
  • Organise team events and liaise with our travel experts
  • Organise, manage and support in-person workshops delivered to our clients
  • Coordinate book projects from inception to publication and track sales thereafter
  • Maintain CPD compliance and accreditation for existing programs and apply for CPD accreditation for all new programs. Ensure all stakeholders are aware of the process for issuing CPD certificates and marketing are kept up to date with new accreditations for marketing purposes
  • Work with data analyst to ensure data is kept up to date and share findings across the team

  • Be familiar with technology, processes and systems used, as well as the ability to incorporate new technologies into operations
  • Have a strong focus on meeting customer needs and delivering a high level of customer service
  • A dynamic team player who is willing to get stuck in when and where needed

Hours: 40 per week

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
