Our National Financial Planning and Wealth Management client is currently going through rapid expansion to become one of the leading brands in Financial Services.
Their aim is to deliver sophisticated financial planning and investment management solutions through a technology led service to enhance client experiences whilst delivering expert levels of regulated advice.
This newly created opportunity will see you working with the Senior Executives delivering the highest levels of EA support. This is a kudos role for any highly experienced EA with the visibility to be working in a demanding but extremely rewarding department.
Opportunity Overview
Provide EA support to Senior Executives across the business to include:
- Extensive diary and inbox management for various committees
- Planning and prioritising demanding schedules and producing comprehensive information to support all appointments - planning for the weeks ahead and considering the bigger picture
- Oversight of management committee on behalf of the CEO, including creating agendas, collation of papers and minutes ?and attending board meetings and taking minutes on occasion and as required
- Providing support to projects and wider business activities, not limited to but including creation of documentation, proof reading, formatting
- Booking domestic travel and transport
- Events coordination including arranging private dining dinners, drinks receptions and other corporate events
- Coordinate and manage meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage expenses on behalf of stakeholders
- Supports incoming communication and correspondence on behalf of the Executives
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships both internally and with clients and other key contacts
- Assists with the co-ordination of townhalls, roadshows and offsite events, liaising with key stakeholders in the underlying business to execute
- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement to support stakeholders
- Support the vision and values of the company through role modelling and encouraging desired behaviours
Ops and Projects
- Assist and manage group projects
- Other duties as set by management as and when required.
Person Specification
- High level administrative, executive, organisational and project management experience ideally within financial services.
- Ability to operate independently, making high level decisions on behalf of stakeholders within a fast paced and complex setting
- Full competency in diary management, can apply good judgment and has an understanding of competing priorities as well as running a clean and efficient diary.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Personal drive and energy to inspire and motivate colleagues and peers
- Reliable with excellent organisational abilities
- Flexible with a practical "can do" attitude
- Natural problem solver
- Demonstrate a commitment to their own personal and professional development
- Champion diversity and equality in all aspects of service delivery and people management
Desirables
- Applicants should have a solid board level EA background and proven skill set with a strong degree of flexibility
- Previous experience in Financial Services is key, specifically a background in Advice and Investment Management sector is highly desirable.
This position will be home based indefinitely with occasional travel on behalf or with the Senior Executives.
