Leatherhead, Surrey (Hybrid model)

The Role

This is an exciting time of growth for us, and we need an Executive Assistant (EA) to help us continue this success. This is a great opportunity to develop a varied and rewarding career with a company that invests in, recognises, and rewards its people.

The EA provides proactive professional support for the Chief Sales Officer and the Chief Commercial Officers for Specialist Lending and IPF. The EA will provide organisational administration, co-ordination and planning support, ensuring the Executives are always on the ‘front foot’. The EA is responsible for applying administrative techniques to support the management of time and handling of administrative details and serves as a key liaison with key external and internal stakeholders.

You will also:

  • Monitor all meetings and activities and manage busy constantly changing calendars. Brief on week’s meetings and keep schedules efficient
  • Compose high quality correspondence, as required
  • Manage corporate events, key sales meetings and organisation matters as require
  • Prepare for regular town hall meetings and circulate organisation announcements
  • Build relationships with key senior level contacts
  • Liaise with the Executives and other EAs for coordination of Board papers and meetings
  • Confidential and complete discretion of all Executive / Board matters and materials, synonymous with working to C Level Executives.

To be considered as Executive Assistant, you will need:

  • Solid Executive Assistant experience in a similar role, having supported C-suite Executive Officers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Executive level administrative professional with confidentiality and sensitivity of information paramount
  • Detail oriented and proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Sound judgement and decision making, with high degrees of initiative
  • Positive, adaptable attitude and strong interpersonal skills enabling effective interaction with both executive team and employees
  • Strong presentation, and highly developed communication and organisational skills
  • Forward thinking and proactive organiser, exercising sound judgement and a realistic balance among multiple priorities within a pressured timeframe.
  • Unquestionable personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity and trust
