The Purpose:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO, you will play a vital role in supporting our CEO and CFO in managing day-to-day operations and driving the success and growth of the business. This position requires a proactive, highly organised and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. In this role you will not only contribute to the success of our business but also play a pivotal role in nurturing our company culture.
What you'll do:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and CFO, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
- Assist project management tasks, including tracking progress, deadlines and deliverables and following up on actions
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, conferences and events. Ensuring seamless execution and timely follow-up
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the CEO's initiatives and ensure effective communication and coordination
- Supporting corporate governance i.e.; liaising with board members and shareholders, minute taking, filing corporate documentation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and industry trends to effectively support company-wide initiatives
- Administrative process tasks as required i.e., mail, expenses, document collation
- Office management duties including meet and greet visitors, preparing meeting rooms and refreshments/lunches, liaising with building management and supporting office social activities
What you'll need to have
- Previous experience within a similar role at the same level
- Previous experience in the financial services industry
- Efficient organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
- Confidentiality, sensitivity and discretion are key to this role
- Proficiency in Google Workplace and Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
- A bias for action
