A day in the life of an Executive Assistant at Postworks
You’ll be the first port of call for our CEO for a private equity backed scaling tech company, so you’ll look after emails (prioritising and drafting), phone calls, meeting requests, and make sure everything is as it should be.
You’re the sort of person who can juggle tasks in your sleep (though we won’t ask you to).
There’ll be lots to organise; UK and international travel for board members, you’ll check key priorities, and be on site or working from home according to business requirements.

Must haves
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A know it all with written communication and a lover of good grammar and punctuation
- You’ll love talking to all kinds of people no matter their job title
- Juggling skills! Yes you’ll need to be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
- The ability to get people on the same page and working to the same timescales
- You can drive so you can attend meetings on and off-site where required
- Serious attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs and maintain a proactive approach knowing when you should step in

Salary: £40,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexible working available)
