Salary: £10.50 - £12.00 per hour dependent upon experience
What we look for in a person
PestGone Environmental Ltd is looking for that right person to:
· Answer emails and calls from new and current customers
· Assign new and existing jobs to the company technicians
· Creating and sending invoices to customers using Xero
The role consists of
· Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
· Manage diaries and organising meetings and appointments
· Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines
· Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
· Management of miscellaneous issues
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Organisational Skills and the ability to multi-task
· The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
· Communication skills
· A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· 2yrs+ PA Experience
· English essential
