We are looking for someone who can provide rigorous administrative support, is resilient, highly organised, experienced in managing multiple tasks and will be proactive in this fast-paced environment.
We work Nationally and we offer remote working and flexibility, but our preference would be that you can easily access our London Office.

Job Summary/Purpose:
Reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant, your primary focus will be to provide professional and efficient business support to consultants. This will include managing diaries, project management, client relations and customer support, alongside more general administrative and database entry duties.
Summary of duties and responsibilities:
- ·Administration and project support for consultants.
- ·General administrative tasks including database entry to ensure all records are up to date and in line with the GDPR.
- ·Manage enquiries and candidate applications, providing an exceptional level of candidate care and customer service.
- Support research for candidate generation with guidance from the recruitment project team lead.
- Support the management and coordination of interview and assessment days.
- It may be necessary to support wider business support functions of the company at times.
- Develop an understanding of sectors and organisations in the sectors and markets we work in and gain intelligence on trends, insights, and the career movement of people.
- Involvement in other projects as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Experience of providing personal assistance, business or administrative support to colleagues in a busy and fast-paced working environment.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills that will enable you to communicate effectively and credibly with the team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects within a pressurised and dynamic environment and able to prioritise effectively.
- Able to demonstrate intellectual curiosity. Able to be innovative and think creatively.
- Highly motivated with ambition and desire to progress and achieve.
- Highly organised, thorough and with a high level of attention to detail.
