We are recruiting an Executive Assistant, Internally known as a Board Support Manager, to join our People Team.
You will be responsible for providing highly professional support to the Group Managing Director of PeoplePlus, and the senior Executive team who form the PeoplePlus Board.
This position involves supporting the PeoplePlus Board with various activities including the monthly Board meetings and Performance Management Reviews (MPRs), supporting with the creation of Board papers and slides, supporting with a number of projects whilst also providing effective secretariat support to the Group Managing Director and other Directors which will include diary management, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, processing of expenses and arranging events.
This is Birmingham based position with the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days per week.
