Amazing opportunity for an Executive Assistant. The company has gone through a period of huge growth and therefore the environment is fast paced and ever changing. We are looking for candidates with impeccable organisation skills and previous experience in this role.
Duties will include:
- Conducting interviews
- Communicating with council officials by both telephone and e-mail
- Ensuring all staff know about council processes and requests
- Following up with staff to ensure all councils have exactly what they have asked for
- Ensuring all tasks set by the council are completed within time scales specified
- Attend regular meetings and record minutes with Director
- Update transactions weekly on quickbooks with relevant invoices
- Arranging Couriers/Delivers for Camp Equipment at Venues
- Communicating all delivery information to staff effectively
- Sourcing venues and completing all booking forms
- Answering all venue queries
- Maintaining spreadsheets with accurate data
- Helping with general office administration
- Packing and posting packages and Marketing packs
- Creating and formatting documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
The successful candidate for this role will:

- Have a proactive approach with ability to use own initiative
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels using both Phone and e-mail
- Be confident on the phone
- Be an enthusiastic self-starter
- Excellent MS Office skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks
- Confidentiality essential
The hours of work are 9:30am - 2:30am Monday - Friday - Non-negotiable due to the nature of the work and constant communication required. Must have at least 2 years corporate experience.
A requirement for the job would be to have your own laptop and phone with fast internet available. You will be using a Voip app to call clients so will need a modern iPhone or Android.

Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
