Job Purpose:
As an Executive Assistant (EA) in the Europe & Latin America HR team, you will provide strategic & operational support to the Regional Head of HR, contributing to the success of the HR function. You will serve as a communication point between global, regional and local HR, supporting projects and initiatives as well as ensuring seamless daily operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily support to the Regional Head of HR (diary management, expenses, travel bookings, etc.) & Head of HR, MRUKS.
Support the Regional HR function covering 12 countries across Europe & Latin America.
Manage agendas, prepare materials and track action items for various meetings, including Regional HR Leaders and Regional HR Team meetings.
Prepare presentations and documentation as required for specific initiatives
Support regional HR functional processes across Recruitment, Training and Development, Talent Management, Diversity Equity & Inclusion.
Support engagement activities such as global employee / pulse surveys, regional and new joiner surveys etc.
Act as Project Management Office for cross-regional project activities
Plan and organize HR events / workshops.
Any other ad-hoc task and/or projects that may be assigned.

Essential

Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise work appropriately
Meticulous, able to think outside of the box and translate ideas into practice
Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality at all times
