PA to Principal and Executive Support - 35 hours per week - Full Time
£30,814 - £35,386 (Pay award pending) Depending on Experience
Moor House School & College is an outstanding residential and day school for children and young people with significant speech, language and communication needs. Situated close to a mainline station with direct links to London, the school is located in a beautiful rural setting on the Kent and Surrey borders. Moor House provides a differentiated mainstream curriculum to students aged from 7 to 19.
We are seeking a dedicated professional to act as PA to the Principal and provide efficient and effective support to Moor House.
Reporting to the Principal, you will provide support to the Principal, Safeguarding Lead, Trustees, Governors and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal, organisational and communication skills in order to deal confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as personal assistant to the Principal
- Key liaison with the Governors and Trustees, and Local Authorities
- Maintaining excellent communication with parents, staff and external stakeholders
- Ensuring accurate and comprehensive records are maintained
- Assisting the Principal deal proactively and in a timely fashion with matters arising
- Maintain documentation required by OFSTED and other external monitoring to ensure it remains available and current
