Job description
Assistant to the Chairman and Chief Executive of McCollum Consultants; the UK's leading chambers of clinical expert witnesses:
Duties:
- Project management;
- Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls;
- Organising events and conferences;
- Managing diaries and organising meetings/appointments;
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems;
- Organising travel and itineraries;
- Completing additional ad hoc tasks when requested.
Person Specification
- Excellent communication skills;
- An eye for detail;
- The ability to take direction;
- Initiative;
- Ability to work independently;
- Excellent knowledge of Windows and Apple based operating systems (training will be given for all Company bespoke systems);
- Driven and self-motivated;
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
