Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Executive Assistant II join our team in the following locations: National Capitol Region to include Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland; Tucson, AZ; and Selfridge Air National Guard Base, MI. Our team supports a government acquisition organization comprised of a multi-disciplinary, integrated team of Government and contractor personnel executing multiple, complex national border security projects. Through systems acquisition and fielding activities, projects we support impact leadership decision making regarding operational mission resource allocations, appropriate border security responses, and successful implementation of national border security priorities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Executive Assistant II functions independently and provides highly visible services for the PMOD Executive Director and PMOD Deputy Executive Director, performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. This includes handling information requests for review, signature requests, and coordination for higher headquarters taskers and documents, congressional correspondences, and Government Accountability Office (GAO) activities. They provide mission-critical program management services to advise and assist in the day-to-day operations of the PMOD and support the PMOD Executive Director. They have responsibility for mission-critical correspondences for new contracts and for supporting other acquisitions at the program and project level. They also provide highly visible administrative services for the PMOD Executive Director for the PPBA Process for resource allocation, Congressional Justifications, and acquisition planning.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
An Associate's Degree plus 4 years’ work experience OR HS and 6 years’ work experience may be substituted for the required Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 3 years of recent relevant experience
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and/or SharePoint.

Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Customs and Border Protection Public Trust suitability determination.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
