Executive Assistant
London Office –hybrid – min 3 days in the office
Salary – £55K - £65K dependant on experience + excellent benefits package
I am working with a fantastic London-based client who is looking for a highly experienced EA experience gained within either an insurance or finance business to join their team. This is a newly created role that will support the CEO and Founder, both administratively and strategically.
The responsibilities will include:
· Developing excellent working relationships with the internal team as well as external suppliers/clients
· Being the key contact and acting as the gatekeeping for any internal or external calls or meetings
· Managing and prioritising daily tasks
· Providing admin support to the C-suite where needed
· Managing diaries, travel arrangements (local, national & International)
· Actively assisting, where necessary leading on planning and organising of company events
· Being responsible for communications and correspondence
· Supporting all meetings which will include Board meetings, booking meeting room ensuring all equipment needed is available, agendas, preparations of reports/presentation packs and refreshments
· Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
· When needed represent the CEO and Founder and ensure stakeholders are kept informed
· Providing support and research on fundraising rounds
The essentials for this role will be:
· Extensive experience in supporting senior leaders / C-Suite level,
· Have worked in either Insurance or Finance business.
· Outstanding organisational ability, someone who can naturally multitask and prioritise workloads to ensure nothing is missed
· You will be a digitally savvy person who can demonstrate a good working knowledge of GoogleSuite, Slack, Notion (or similar)
· Able to prepare slide decks, meeting/agenda, and minutes of meetings.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written coupled with strong numerical skills

Salary: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
