Working Location
LS Events office is London based, however we offer hybrid working solutions, with the understanding that attending in person meetings is a key requirement for this role. You will also be required to be onsite for the build, live and / or break periods of the projects you are assigned to.

About the role
We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join LS Events. We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, proactive, and efficient Executive Assistant to support our Senior Leadership Team. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organisation by providing administrative and logistical support to our Directors. The ideal candidate must be adept at handling a wide range of tasks with precision, confidentiality, and professionalism, while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Personal Specification
Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar office suites (work processing documents, spreadsheets, powerpoints) and other relevant software. Familiarity with office equipment and online collaboration tools.
Discretion: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and work well under pressure.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assist in resolving challenges and identifying opportunities.
Professional Demeanour: Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, representing the executives and the organisation positively.
Resourcefulness: Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take initiative and find solutions independently.

Application Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting C-level executives is highly desirable.

Job Summary
As Executive Assistant you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organisation by providing administrative and logistical support to the Senior Leadership Team. You will ensure the seamless functioning of our executives' day-to-day activities and to enable them to focus on strategic decision-making.
Core Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the busy schedules of the SLT, including arranging meetings, conference calls, and appointments. Prioritise and organise daily activities, ensuring optimal time management.
Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the SLT, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary planning.
Communication and Correspondence: Handle incoming communications, such as emails, phone calls, and messages, on behalf of the SLT. Draft and prepare correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations as required.
Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Coordinate meeting logistics and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.
Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism. Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters pertaining to the executives and the organisation.
Information Management: Organise and maintain electronic files, databases, and records to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, conferences, and executive retreats.
Expense Management: Manage expense reports and reimbursements for the executives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research on various topics, compile data, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
Task Prioritisation: Assist in prioritising tasks, deadlines, and projects to ensure that the executives can focus on strategic matters.
Collaborative Support: Work closely with other administrative staff and department heads to facilitate seamless communication and coordination across the organisation.
