Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant London, England

Liberty Academy Trust
Full Time London, England 31000 - 38000 GBP ANNUAL Today
Job description

The Liberty Academy Trust is an education charity established in 2022. Our vision is to provide an exceptional educational offer so that autistic children and young people achieve success now and are well-prepared for adulthood. We work towards this vision through our core values of courage, determination and teamwork.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. You will principally support two members of our Executive Board: the Director for Children’s Services and the Director for Education. But you will work flexibly as party of a remote team to support our work more widely, working to and with the
Head of Executive Services.

It is an exciting time to join our recently formed Trust as we build the firm foundations needed to deliver on our aim of providing an excellent education for autistic children and young people. You will need to be able to hit the ground running in this busy role.

You will bring an understanding of the education or wider caring profession, and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and great attention to detail. You will be a team player with a positive outlook. You will be flexible and organised, and be adept at pro-active diary management and taking minutes at meetings.

We offer a competitive salary and pension, the opportunity to work flexibly, together with a range of benefits and a focus on staff well-being. More importantly, we offer the opportunity to play a part in highly rewarding work, as part of an ambitious and supportive team.

We are an equal opportunities employer. Applications for this job are sought from anyone who is suitably qualified and experienced for the role, but particularly welcome from those with a diagnosis of autism or Asperger syndrome.

Liberty Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and adults who use our services and as such expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Successful applicants will be required to complete the relevant safeguarding checks.
