Job Role
The leadership team of Law Debenture is looking for a highly organised, dynamic and experienced assistant to support them in their day-to-day administrative activities allowing the team to focus on leading the business and driving growth. This person will need to be comfortable working in an energetic, proactive way, taking ownership of projects and activities across a number of disciplines.
Principle Duties
- Diary management and meeting organisation for three members of the executive team
- Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation etc
- Varying levels of additional support for the Executive Team
- Meeting preparation and follow-up
- Preparation of Board papers, updating management information / reports etc
- Driving ad hoc projects, process improvement and support
- Arrange and support ‘all staff’ briefings and Townhalls
- Coordinate/ Manage internal and external events
- Carry out such other tasks as you may be reasonably directed to do by the Executive Team from time to time.

- Exhibit sound judgement with the ability to prioritise and make decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently liaise with a range of stakeholders and different levels of seniority
- Adaptable and flexible team player, comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate outside of comfort zone
- Ambitious and eager to tackle new projects and take on additional responsibility
- Able to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
Essential Knowledge, Skills, Experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience in a PA/EA role
- IT literate, advanced skills in all MS Office packages
- Strong communication and numeracy skills (incl. excellent English grammar and ability to adapt communication style to suit audience)
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Experience
- Professional services or financial services industry experience an advantage
