The role
The Executive Assistant will play a key role to the smooth running of the executive office, acting as the first point of contact internally and externally. You will manage the smooth and efficient running of a busy diary across several different time zones, taking care of all correspondence and administration that goes along with it. You will manage emails and respond where appropriate, creating a daily reminder on actionable emails & tasks. Maintaining close relationships with clients, partner agencies within the WPP network and all our studios worldwide. You will define project scopes and objectives, coordinating internal resources for the flawless execution of projects and planning timelines, ensuring all objectives are met.
What we're looking for
You will have experience in a professional agency/creative environment, as a well-versed Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant. You will have superior experience in planning complex travel itinerary and worked across international time zones. An expert in Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. You will be super organized, diligent, and thrive on helping others. You will have the ability to work fast and accurately under pressure, always maintaining a professional disposition. A self-motivator as current times have demanded that we are able to work from home so the person must be able to manage their own time and be confident in their ability to get the job done without supervision. A breadth of mature and effective communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
